News Alert: Nippon Steel now owns 100% of US Steel, paying $14.1 billion. The company will also retain its name and Pittsburgh headquarters. This is a good deal for steelmaking in the USA. Ag Sec Rollins said on CNN @Jaketapper today that the US exports no corn to Mexico & no dairy to Canada. Wrong on both counts. In 2024, we exported $5.6 billion of corn to Mexico and $1 billion of dairy to Canada. After Mexico & Canada retaliate, the Secretary could be right.🤦‍♂️
