We started the year saying goodbye to a wonderful companion that grew up with each of our kids. Mayhem constantly looked out for and protected them. She was such a sweetheart and always offered a comforting snuggle. She’ll never be replaced in our hearts and memories.
this is no shade to johnna here. but i think it's important to mark a clear difference between writing to a purposefully narrow demo, & writing from an exclusionary lens that does not acknowledge and affirm the validity, goodness, beauty, wholeness, or even existence of every other demographic. 1/4

I’d love to know if someone is doing similar peer reviewed research around implications on the LGBTQ+ community re:sex messaging/theology/purity culture

As I stopped to let him cross, he put his hand up and had a genuinely huge, friendly smile on his face as he made eye contact with me and nodded.
The community that we have almost every Tuesday morning in Deconstruction Coffee Hour is next level. Today we cried and listened to poetry and laughed too and swore and talked about Wicked and said all the things. Thank you. ☕️✨
