when I urge people to get out of twitter, I've noticed a very apparent crowd looking for excuses to stay there guilt-free, so they point to things like how bsky has Al coding (which sucks make no mistake) and try to argue "see!! they're just as bad!!" as if it was even remotely comparable

One of the worst parts of being a creator, especially a trans one, is watching disinformation about you spread from bad actors to other folks like a bad game of telephone so you see people literally judge you on shit you never said/did or is completely opposite to the point you were making.
