We're excited to announce the arrival of our brand-new Electrical Discharge Machining suite: Wire EDM, Die Sink EDM, and EDM Drilling expanding our #AdvancedManufacturing capabilities & opens new opportunities for precision engineering & high-performance component development. #EUinmyRegion

Die Sink EDM comes into its own in the world of moulds, cavities, and intricate 3D forms.

Using a pre-shaped 3D electrode, this machine delivers:
🔹 Unmatched geometric precision
🔹 Smooth surface finishes
🔹 Reliable performance in hard and high-performance materials

EDM Drill
This highly specialised machine is designed for the accurate drilling of small to large diameter holes - including tapered geometries - in extremely tough and hardened materials.

Unlike traditional drilling, the EDM drill doesn’t rely on mechanical force. Instead, it uses the Electrical Discharge Machining process to erode material with precision and care.
Its ability to maintain pinpoint accuracy makes it ideal for tool and die applications, where precise cooling channels are critical to performance and product quality.

This is precision engineering at its finest. Using a hair-thin (0.07mm) electrically charged wire, Wire EDM creates intricate and ultra-precise 2D profiles in even the hardest of materials — without ever touching the workpiece.
