there is no politician so irreplaceable that we must overlook sexual misconduct because nobody else could possibly fill their shoes

This is vile. No one needs a lawyer to tell them this is illegal. This is an all-hands-on-deck moment no matter your politics. The U.S. Congress, the American public, U.S. military, U.S. allies or former allies. We need each & every one of you to call him back from the brink.

President Trump on Truth Social threatening to destroy "a whole civilization"

The DOJ quietly closed 23,000+ criminal cases in the first six months of Trump’s second administration, abandoning hundreds of investigations into terrorism, white-collar crime, drugs and other offenses as it shifted resources to pursue immigration cases. 🔗 Full story: https://propub.li/4e5vZLL

The @kygop Know-Nothings tell you this is about financial responsibility but they’re lying. This is about tearing down higher education: Teach the MAGA Way or get out. Sadly, the universities have already demonstrated their willingness to be complicit.

The sun always shines extra bright on protest days, and that is some beautiful symbolism for democracy protection protests! Be the light in your town, village, community, city, family, workplace, organization, Main Street, and country!

Amazing work FL, GA, VA, PA, IL, NC, OH, NY, and NJ. You’re showing up. From small towns to big cities, massive crowds are already gathering and the day is just getting started!

The beauty of cherry blossoms blooming in D.C. really puts on display the dissonance of a militarized capital city. Democracy needs to bloom brighter than these regressive tactics. Be the cherry blossoms 🌸 and shine your light tomorrow Bluesky. (Pic from WaPo FB Post).
