We’re now one week into Fire Emblem Fortune’s Weave. It’s such an ambitious game that’s hard to put down. Although the main story tactics battles are excellent, there’s often a big gap between them which might annoy those who solely want to focus on those.

Legendary Pokemon Encounter: Legend Research is a Pokemon-themed mystery/puzzle-solving activity happening until 11/29 in Nihonbashi! You don’t need to participate in the actual game to see the displays though, but the merch shop does require a timed entry ticket.
I visited the Think with Pokemon: Art and Environment Education exhibit in Tokyo Midtown Yaesu! It features over 50 Pokemon made with trash to promote environmental awareness. I also talked to the student who made the Magikarp! The event runs until 9/27.
Nobuo Uematsu’s production notes on display at Final Fantasy X Museum in Shinjuku. You will never be as cool as Uematsu leaning while listening to someone play the sanshin, so stop trying.
Although many of us are neck deep in Fire Emblem, Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter is also making a big splash in the RPG scene. I promise to play this series one day…

I visited the Final Fantasy X 25th anniversary exhibit happening now at Lumine 0 in Shinjuku! Not as good as the FFIX exhibit from last year, but there were some neat areas. And yes, the Anima shirt was sold out.
