"Indies will save us" No! YOU WILL SAVE INDIES! Go leave a review for that neat indie game you like, share the trailer for an upcoming game you're anticipating, tell your fave developer they did a good job, go tell people about such and such game that's just come out, you can make a difference!

Chavalada!

Noticing Diane Nguyen is voiced by Allison Brie in Bojack Horseman kind of ruined it for me. All I can hear is Annie from Community now. I'm really happy to have this "actor blindness" where I'm incapable of recognizing actors (voice or otherwise) because when I do, I can't unsee it.

I'm not sure I love the 15 win requirement to be able to pick a character in Deadlock ranked... I get it on principle but if I am able to play Haze and I want to play something like Vyper I can't, I need to farm a lot of games if it's a character I don't play often. Mixed feelings

This post was prompted by bloodbending initially and it sort of veered into "why necromancy isn't inherently bad" but it also applies to stuff like how some Force Powers are inherently evil in Star Wars, for example. Force lightning? Evil. Telekinetically cutting your legs with a lightsaber? 👌👌👌

I'll never get over when fantasy settings have a "forbidden" form of magic. So you're telling me necromancy has a bad reputation, but killing people with magic missiles, fireballs and lightning bolts is okay? Same issue in Avatar. Throw a boulder at someone? eh. sure Bloodbending? 99999 YEAR JAIL!!
