So now that the entire season of Strange New Worlds is out, what is your verdict? Mine: this season was a hot mess. A couple good eps, or at least good subplots, (anything Ortegas or Uhura = 🔥🔥) mixed with utter insanity. Costumes always on point; coherent character development rarely on point.

One year ago today...we launched the IMAP mission!!! 🚀 I am still in awe of this team, this perfect launch, and what we can do when we work together 🫶🏻💫☀️ I really enjoyed teaching NASA fans, kids, & space folks about the heliosphere, how IMAP studies solar wind, and just sharing cool science.

This CEO - Jensen Huang - is insane. I don't know who Janine & Lori are to him, but all he is saying is that he can't be bothered to learn the basic details of his life because he offloads that task to women. He has the money and the privilege such that everything is done for him. It is GROSS.

Just came home from an 11 day work/friend trip, the last 3 nights of which I spent in Vegas. My body has informed me that I better drink whole bunch more water to make up for the humid-EXTREMELY DRY-humid I have moved through (+ 3 flights total). 🫠🫠 To say naught of the drinks consumed!

Got to see Star Trek on the big screen tonight! The Voyage Home (🐋🐋) paired with The City on the Edge of Forever. I've seen eps screened on larger formats at cons before but rarely an episode in a proper movie theater. Popcorn buckets were meh but I got a cup with a USS Reliant topper 🖖🏻

Today was certainly A Day. My doctor is out on Thursdays, so of course 1) today I needed care and 2) the office staff was being ridiculous & not listening to me. Thing I actually said: "I am not an idiot, I know my own body! I work with NASA for God's sake." The nurse did what I said after that. 🙄

Good job, MA. Not that we had any doubts! Massachusetts leads the US in gender affirming care and also is among the leaders in the country for healthcare overall, so I am not surprised at all. Good for Markey for learning & growing & advocating for his constituents.
