Oh, oh boy. Cecil is terrified about the collateral of very decision, even the tiniest little things.... the butterfly effect is less of a concept and more of a terrifying shadow that looms over his head, as a diviner. He has seen so many possibilities defined by the tiniest adjustment in approach.

Once he gets used to it - Cecil LOVES it... He's shy about these touches, but the affections are much loved. He'll accept them anywhere - but he gets *very* blushy when they're on his face (forehead, cheeks, eyelids) - and very VERY blushy and flustered if you kiss his neck...
