1/The #IAS2025 society meeting is happening in Rwanda this year. I’m heartened that researchers and activists from around the globe are convening but deeply sad not to be there. Especially now, when the HIV/AIDS response is under the greatest threat it has seen in over 40 years. 🧵

This is "Mole de Caderas" a traditional meal from Tehuacán Puebla (where my parents born), is prepared with bony meat & broth is deeply flavored with chiles and local vegetables such as wild green beans. There is beautiful lansdacape of Tehuacán Valley, in fact it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
