This fall I'll begin a Visiting Assistant Professor position at Pacific University, teaching env. studies, GIS, soil/water, and fire ecology. After this year I'll be looking for permanent positions, fall 2027. Please keep me in mind for opportunities to teach forest/fire ecology, env. science, etc!

I'm excited to announce that I graduated with my PhD from the Bren School at @ucsantabarbara.bsky.social this past week. My dissertation was on fire ecology and using prescribed fire as an management tool in California foothill oak woodland ecosystems. Very grateful for the opportunity! 🌳
