I want to scream about the splatoon comp scene so bad but I know it won’t reach the people it needs too. The amount of negativity is absolutely driving players out and it needs to stop.

If you say you’re a competitive player, please fucking act like it. I’m tired of seeing constant doomposting about things that we can’t control, about an unsolved game. Melee hasn’t changed since 2001, chess for centuries. Get over yourself and learn counterplay or change games. #compsplatoon

ok i do wanna say this cause im seeing a lot of "omg carbon 2 shot is bigger than vroller omg vroller is dead bro" vroller didnt even play to this 😭 carbon doesnt nuke or control space as hard but it has safer poke with fast roll and fast vert so it plays to that more, makes sense for it

ok ive played with new carbon for a few hours and my main verdict is that it didnt really change how i played thaaat much, it just felt super qol cause people were exploding without me needing to double burst them when im tryna chip them down past 1-shot range, suuuuper nice, also roll very good

kinda going off my last thing but i do actually think that the extra carbon damage matters a lot more for the non-deco kits even if its also insane for deco angl gaming varbon gaming Soon #compsplatoon
