Well, I got 20 lengths in at the pool, after climbing Hermaness Hill, and only stopped when my knees popped out and I had to relocate them. Christ, though, I'm really not that fit. Just got a Yorkshireman's grit and stubbornness.

I've just used an air fryer for the first time to cook some chicken goujons and some chips. Holy McMoley, I can see why @elainecolliar.bsky.social loves these machines. Cooking made so much simpler!
