UTLA's 150-member Bargaining Team reached a tentative two-year agreement w/the district with big wins that the team enthusiastically recommends to UTLA members for ratification.
This is huge. My family is preparing for a Tuesday strike. We've checked savings accounts, bought lawn chairs, are baking cookies to take, etc. This is THE ONLY WAY voices are heard. And trust me when I say not one employee wants a strike. But "when we fight, we win"! Go, @utlanow.bsky.social!
