I had my usual two annual vaccines yesterday for Covid & Flu, however they kicked my tail this time with restless nocturnal body aches and headache. 😭 I’m hoping they are gone by gym time this afternoon.

Anyone else watching The Gentlemen? I’ve been loving this show lately, great casting and plot. Handsome actors almost always dressed to the nines and beautiful locations. It’s a closer to the familiar “Gus” from Breaking Bad and “The Sphinx” from Gone in 60 Seconds as supporting roles.

Made the most of a short weekend in Seattle with @atomthewolf.bsky.social for a spirited drive with his new Porsche, wine tasting + shipment pickup, and dinner. Who’s says sports cars aren’t practical?! Had to get up at 3:30am today to catch an early flight to NY. Mimosas have been consumed.🙏

I finally checked out Grand Seiko and was absolutely blown away by the craftsmanship and detail on the Hi-Beat, Spring Drive, and GMT. They will be my next milestone celebration. I could admire the smoothness of the second sweeper and dial engraving all day.

Two years of consistent diet and cardio did in fact make a difference. January 2025 - 270lbs September 2026 - 170lbs Needed new sunglasses because the aviators are too wide for my face now.
Friday evening post-gym drive hits good this week. Thankfully the business travel will continue to wind down this autumn. 😌
