Back in Barcelona after a few intense weeks on the road presenting new research - ECPR in Krakow, @tact-forsed.bsky.social’s project meeting in Dundee and #EPOP2026 in Liverpool to round it up. Met new people, saw friends, got great feedback and drank perhaps too much coffee (both good and bad)

Really enjoyed attending #EPOP2026 but the news of cuts and job losses from across UK universities is just heartbreaking. Not sure what we can expect from this government but the sector is in an emergency.
