The MN15 case relies on the feds using anti-terrorism tools & authorities to investigate/prosecute Minnesotans for organizing their community. Despite their own internal guidelines restricting such ops, Chicagoland law enforcement tasked to HSI spied on a speaking tour about Metro Surge in April.

NEW: ICE agent in a high-viz vest holding a rifle at the scene of shooting near the Bronx has a history of allegedly lying, using excessive force, and courts have found his arrests unlawful. @dmehro.bsky.social @awinston.bsky.social, @regret.bsky.social w/ the scoop: www.wired.com/story/ice-ag...

For those following this story—while we were able to identify the ICE agent in the high-viz vest brandishing a rifle as Brenden Cuni, DHS still hasn't confirmed who the shooter is. Cuni has worked for DHS in various roles for nearly a decade and is currently in a supervisory position.

The ICE agent seen brandishing an AR-15 at the scene of yesterday’s shooting in NYC’s Marble Hill has a record of lying, excessive force & getting caught by judges. He also goes by “Shooter Cuni” on social media, & posts the same gun he had on him today W/@dmehro.bsky.social @regret.bsky.social

Renee Good's family filed two lawsuits today. The first, against, USG, is a standard wrongful death. The second is a Klan Act lawsuit against Jonathan Ross, AND STEPHEN MILLER and Greg Bovino. It names Nick Shirley and Christopher Rufo as non-party co-conspirators for their racist propaganda.

44. At all relevant times, Defendants Ross, Miller, Noem, Lyons, Homan,
Bovino, and the John Doe Federal Agents acted under color of federal law and within the
scope of a joint enterprise with the private actors described below. Defendant
Lewandowski acted in part under color of federal law and in part, as alleged below, as a
private person, his federal status having been limited to a temporary part-time designation
that his conduct exceeded. Shirley, Rufo, and Ben Bergquam, and the other non-party
private actors described below, agreed to and in fact participated in the conspiracy alleged
here: each acted in concert with, and with the knowledge and encouragement of, federal
officials.

The worst part of Bonta caving on the Paramount merger is that it's a big flashing signal to every other company that there is no antitrust enforcement in America and you can bully your way into getting whatever you want. It's a monumentally bad decision.
