Cringing at your old work isn't embarrassing, it's growth. I was listening to my 2023 album and there's one song I can barely get through now. It bugs me in ways I didn't notice before. That just means I've improved. You don't evolve without outgrowing old versions of yourself. #music #artists

Here's a fun reality check for those wanting to promote their passion. Thank you to all 60,000 of you who follow me! Here is the shocker... if you have read my novel or listened to my music, comment on this post. The difference of 'influencers' followers vs supporters will shock you.

The last month of my life has been a total roller coaster. Live streaming on eBay every single day as part of the Canadian launch project while running the business full time has left almost no room for anything else. I am grateful for the opportunity. More tired than ever, but building.

Back to 15 hour work days for the first time in years. At first it feels exciting. Momentum. Progress. Fire. Then the compounding effect hits fast. Fatigue stacks. Decisions get heavier. Time disappears. Building isn't always glamorous. Sometimes it's just endurance.

The last two weeks of my life basically vanished. Staff theft. Constant police calls, lawyers, and digging through records. About 50k stolen in a single day. It's just exhausting. When does it slow down? 🫠 Small business ain't for everyone...

Being an author is such a strange experience. One reader leaves a 5-star review calling it the best book they've ever read. The next leaves 1 star and says they couldn't get past page ten. Same book. Same words. Completely different worlds. #booksky

It's disturbing seeing how many people use A.I. to fill out their job applications. As someone who reads about 500 resumes a week, seeing the same odd, very specific answers in the same words on most applications is incredibly disappointing... 🫠 All this to say, BE ORIGINAL! #ai #2026 #jobs

An older woman came into my shop today to sell old silver coins. The total was just over $1,000. She didn't celebrate. She panicked, afraid, declaring it would affect her pension. Wild how systems meant to help can make people live in fear when not properly educating the public.

Is there ever a point where it's actually too late to pursue a passion or change careers? Is it age, timing, responsibility, fear, or just mindset? Curious to hear real thoughts and experiences. Open conversation 👇👇

I mentioned a while ago that the next Beyond The Mark "The Lost Years" works as a sequel and a prequel. It follows Winston during the 5-year gap in Flynn's memory, and it can be read before or after the first book. I'm torn on publishing it as Book 0 or Book 2? What feels right to you? #booksky

It still feels surreal that people connected with the first book, and I'd love to give something back. If this post hits 500 shares, I'll make the Beyond The Mark eBook free for all of December. No catch, just a thank you for the support and a push to keep me writing. #Booksky #Author

A stylized cover art for the book titled "Beyond the Mark: Ashes of the Hero," featuring a silhouette of a cloaked figure in a dark, magical forest. The figure, shrouded in shadow, is holding a glowing sword with a vibrant red hue. Intricate patterns adorn the figure's cloak, evoking a sense of mystery and fantasy. The background showcases an eerie forest with bare, twisted trees and ethereal lights, creating a mystical and foreboding atmosphere. In the distance, a castle with spires looms against a pale, glowing sky, adding a sense of adventure and danger to the scene. The title is prominently displayed at the top in bold, stylized lettering, with a vivid gradient effect that contrasts with the darker tones of the artwork. The overall composition conveys themes of heroism, darkness, and a journey into the unknown.
