Under Ty Masterson’s leadership, the KS supermajority has allowed higher property taxes and a record number of farm closures. Ty has blocked Medicaid expansion and the legalization of medicinal cannabis. Make no mistake - Ty cares about putting more money in his pocket, not Kansans.

Americans don’t want new wars overseas, they want leaders to fix problems here at home. I am hoping for an immediate end to this conflict, and I am praying today for the families of the three American service members killed in combat and for the safety of all of our service members.
The continued escalation from federal agents is not making Americans safer. The family of the American citizen killed in Minnesota today deserves a full, unbiased investigation into the actions of those involved. This chaos and violence must stop now.
Right now, thousands of Kansans are facing skyrocketing healthcare costs at a time when families are already stretched thin. The Senate has a clear opportunity to lower costs by extending the ACA subsidies. It's time for Congress to act.

Costs are rising every day, and families are finding it harder and harder to make ends meet. In the last year, grocery prices have gone up 3%, utilities up 11%, and medical services up almost 4%. As governor, I’ll focus on policies that lower the cost of living—not increase it.
