Mother of 3. Pediatrician. Fighting to protect health care access for all kids & teens & their families. #PedSky

Today is a day to remember the importance of standing up to and fighting fascism and white supremacy in all the ways we can and importantly when it shows up at your front door. I’m forever in debt to those who led the fight in our community 9 years ago - at great impact to them personally.

Asking for all the pediatricians I know - Congressman John McGuire do you want to stand between families and their doctors? Shouldn’t parents and families have the choice about their medical care including vaccines? Doesn’t sound like common sense or freedom to me.

Picture of Congressmen John McGuire surprisingly showing up in the 5th district but no surprise bringing RFK jr Copy of a social media post by John McGuire discussing common sense and communism

You know what pediatricians don’t have time for in the last few days before school starts as we hustle to fill out every form known to man and give checks ups to ALL the kids- some more anti vaccine bullshit. Let us protect kids and communities as we are trained to do 😡 The end.

18 years in & I’VE NEVER seen a vat of vaccine. Please stop interfering with pediatricians’ ability to keep kids & communities safe. “Large amounts — like vats — of vaccine are currently pumped into your child’s body,” Trump said in the Oval Office, flanked by Health Secretary RFK Jr

Trump demands major changes to childhood vaccine recommendations

The president signed an order advising states to revise their rules. He also called for narrowing which vaccines are administered to children and splitting shots into multiple appointments.

“I trust Tom.” I treasure the trust hard-working folks across our region have put in me. I promise to work a double-shift every day in Congress to bring down your costs, clean up their corruption, and bring all of us together to get things done.

Please read all of Nathan’s well researched articles on Mcguire’s votes and beliefs. Mcguire’s vote for the BBB & general stance is that those living in poverty just need to work harder. In related news- early primary voting is open for the August 4th Democratic primary —please get out and vote!

I wrote an entire series from an interview with VA-5's John McGuire, who vocally supports this bill. McGuire believes the bill will only banish lazy moochers from getting help with food and health care. The experts I spoke with disagreed. c-ville.com/john-mcguire...
