The Samara Linear Production and Dispatch Station in Russia is still burning, more than 24h after being hit a third time within a short amount of time. The facility hosts 71 storage tanks with a combined total capacity of over 10 million barrels of oil. It handles 25% of Russia‘s oil transfers.

More Videos of the Russian data center in the Vladimir region are coming in. They show the moment of one of the impacts. Yandex has officially acknowledged that the data center ceased all operations.

The Russian shadow fleet tanker „Aframax Rio“ which got struck by an Ukrainian USV 4 days ago near Sochi, Russia, has apparently ran aground. Judging from this footage this tanker won’t deliver any oil, diesel or any other petroleum product, ever.

Ukraine doesn’t need permission from anyone when striking Russian targets, including refineries. They will continue to burn until Russia‘s capacities to wage war have been spent.

South Korea withdrawing its ambassador to Ukraine is one of the most bizarre moves I have seen in some time. Seoul even says that it received a letter from the Ukrainian foreign ministry which included an apology, but apparently it wasn’t enough.

Yandex facility in Sasovo, Ryazan region, in Russia is severely damaged. This could mark the start of another Ukrainian campaign. After hitting refineries, energy infrastructure, logistics centers and army storages, data centers make an ideal target. They directly contribute to Russia‘s war effort.

As expected, Putin has signed today a decree increasing the size of the Russian army at 2,441,630 personnel, including 1,550,500 military personnel, effectively immediately.

Across Europe we are witnessing a series of terrorist attacks targeting planes, warehouses, energy infrastructure, rail tracks etc. Now, we have an attempted terror attack at the RAF base in Fairford, UK, involving explosives. It is so severe that civilians had to be evacuated.

The refinery in Perm has been hit and burns at multiple locations. The refinery is one of the largest in Russia, having a capacity to process 13.1 million tons of crude oil per year.

The Ukrainian operation targeting Moscow and its refinery was a multi-layered attack using a variety of Ukrainian-made long-range weapons. Reportedly, the following systems have been used: FP-1, RZ-100, MICH-2000, Palianytsia, Vendetta, Liutyi, Bars, Flamingo, Sichen and Pelican.
