I’m a little slow on the uptake from time to time, so I’ve finally realized it: Parenting young children in the summer means that every day is Saturday and Monday at the same time.
Last full day of school today for the kiddos. Ugh. Time to engage in logistical wizardry for 2+ months. When we were kids in the 80s, we were given a sandwich every day and were basically required to become feral until Labor Day.
