Missouri Republicans want the Supreme Court to bless a gerrymandered map designed to steal another Congressional seat. Their own Solicitor General admits it: hundreds of thousands of voters could be DISENFRANCHISED. They've changed the map FIVE times in September alone.

If you're not old enough to buy a beer, you shouldn't be able to buy a handgun. That's the principle behind a 1968 federal law. But Trump's DOJ just gutted it. 18- to 20-year-olds commit gun homicides at TRIPLE the rate of adults 21+. To the gun lobby, this is "freedom."

Only 33% of Americans back this war. 69% say Trump never even explained the goals. By August, two-thirds OPPOSED it outright. In a functioning democracy, that ends a war. In our country right now? Trump and Hegseth just keep bombing. We need reform NOW.

You can't rent a car until 25. You can't gamble in most casinos until 21. You can't drink beer until 21. But Trump's DOJ says 18 is plenty old enough to walk into a gun store and buy a gun. They didn't do this to make us safer. They greenlit it because their donors asked.

Look at the pattern. Trump immunity ruling? Expanded. Independent agency firings? Approved. Foreign aid withheld? Allowed. Voting rights? Demolished. And after 43 years, the legislative veto to stop a war? Dead. The Roberts Court enabled ALL of this.

Justice Kagan named it. "For over a decade, this Court has had its sights set on the Voting Rights Act." Read that again. A decade-long project to gut voting rights. The Roberts Court didn't slip. It PLANNED this.

"There's constant and building dismay about the increasingly appalling record of the court. The continuing interest in reform springs from continued dismay and concern about the court's misbehavior." —Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse The Supreme Court isn't going to police itself.

BREAKING: Trump is in month SEVEN of an ILLEGAL war with Iran. Congress never voted for it. Congress never authorized it. Congress passed resolutions TWICE telling him to stop. He ignored both. And the MAGA Court paved the road for him to do it.

The gun lobby called. Trump's DOJ answered. DOJ just lifted a 1968 law that kept handguns out of 18- to 20-year-olds' hands. Who's this DOJ working for? Not the 18- to 20-year-olds who commit gun homicides at 3X the rate of adults 21+. Not the families burying their kids.

Sen. Dick Durbin said the quiet part out loud: "The only Senator who has ever changed the tenure and composition of the Supreme Court is Senator McConnell." He stole a seat from Merrick Garland. Then jammed through Amy Coney Barrett days before an election. Never forget.

Trump is throwing a tantrum because justices HE nominated refused to rig the midterms for him. "These are not the people I interviewed." Gorsuch, Barrett, Kavanaugh — Trump picked them — STILL wouldn't help him strip voting rights. Even his OWN justices said NO.

Trump wants justices who OBEY him. He attacked his OWN nominees — Gorsuch, Barrett, Kavanaugh — for refusing to restrict voting. This is what authoritarianism looks like.

SCOTUS's record on women's health: Overturned Roe. Let states ban abortion. Threatened mifepristone. Defunded Planned Parenthood through Medicaid. At every turn: DISMANTLED. Now 21.4 MILLION women can't access birth control.

Justice Amy Coney Barrett says there is NO constitutional crisis. Tell that to the 73 percent of Americans who DISAGREE. 95% of Democrats. 79% of Independents. 48% of Republicans. Read the room.

Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas were ready to let Trump STRIP millions of voters of their mail-in ballots. Less than two months before the midterms. Because apparently, letting Trump rig an election matters more than YOUR vote.

"These are not the people I interviewed." That tells you everything about how Trump views the Supreme Court. He didn't pick Gorsuch, Barrett, and Kavanaugh to interpret the law. He picked them to LOYALLY serve HIM. Corruption in plain sight.

The Supreme Court's legitimacy is in question. Approval is at an all-time low. Just 31%. And nearly 4x more Americans say this Court is biased in favor of Trump. This isn't a Court. It's a Trump shield with a gavel.

Roberts. Thomas. Alito. Gorsuch. Kavanaugh. Barrett. That's the Court that: ✅Killed Roe ✅Expanded gun rights ✅Stripped federal agencies of power ✅Gave Trump immunity ✅Gutted the Voting Rights Act ✅Greenlit ICE's racial profiling ✅Struck down limits on campaign spending

"The Court is not supposed to be in the business of rewarding litigants for forum shopping." —Justice Sotomayor, Moore v. Harper They didn't listen. They're still at it. Power protects power. The system isn't broken — it's rigged.

Never forget: The Roberts Court gave Trump a permission slip. And he’s testing how far it lets him go.

"USPS would not deliver election mail if states refused to provide the required voter information." That's Postmaster General David Steiner, telling Senators the quiet part out loud. Translation: hand over the voter data, or the ballots don't move. Thanks SCOTUS.

Justice Kagan didn’t mince words: 🛑 The Court is hijacking power. 🛑 Congress is being sidelined. 🛑 Trump is being shielded. This isn’t checks and balances. It’s a hostile takeover in robes.

Reminder: Trump voted by mail. Twice. In the last year. He signed an executive order letting USPS reject ballots from any voter not on a DHS list. SCOTUS greenlit it. One-third of U.S. voters vote by mail. Tens of millions of votes on the line. Hypocrisy at its finest.

$300,000. That's what pardon brokers told a felon it would cost to "put the pen in Trump's hand." 70% of Trump's clemencies this term skipped DOJ review. 92% if you count January 6 rioters. The Roberts Court gave him the immunity to a presidential pardon market.

NEVER FORGET. Justice Sotomayor: "If the president orders someone to assassinate [a rival], is that within his official acts for which he can get immunity?" Trump's lawyer D. John Sauer: "It would depend on the hypothetical, but we can see that could well be an official act."
