playing around with the public beta of ios 27, i am once again extremely annoyed that apple requires siri--which is vastly expanded and deeply ingrained with ai now--in order to use carplay. let me use carplay without talking to it!!! i do not care!!!

what a choice to make this *opt out* BUT i do think it's very funny they think people might disable it in posts but not reels to disable: tap profile > ☰ > Sharing and reuse, then disable the Posts and Reels toggles for "Allow people to use your content on Instagram and with AI features on Meta"
