A further thought in this: Many might say that education can enrich the niches of some. Me: it is not education that enriches the niche. It is privilege. Education says "I did it" as a way of depriving niche construction from others.

This "rebirth" of social media is an interesting experience. Brings back memories of how it felt the first time round. It causes me to reflect on how and when things went wrong. Although people are singing the praises of bluesky, I doubt the honeymoon will last.
