When Wolfie married Foxy. I told him."when I get married again Hell will freeze over." Well kids, Hell froze solid that night on the beach...hehe.
That night of the poker game with our friends. That's actually how we ended up getting the house in Malibu: a few drinks in and out neighbor bet the deed to his house. Poor guy. Thanks to a lucky hand, I won the game and became the proud owner of that house!
