You don’t need to run about a pitch to keep warm this winter. Try some football exercises at home. Use a chair for balance if you want. Knee bends, foot rotations, even toe wiggling will boost circulation and keep those joints moving.
Did you keep warm on the terraces with a cup of soup or Bovril and hot pie or sausage roll? Worked a treat! 🍲🥧 Top tip to keep warm during this cold spell is to make sure you eat at least one hot meal a day and plenty of hot drinks – maybe even crack out the Bovril!
