Mayor of a great city with dedicated funding for transportation and infrastructure that’s also known for music. 🦞 More about what we’re up to at @mayor.nashville.gov. http://www.nashville.gov/mayor http://www.readyforfreddie.com

Weekend notes: * Tour de Nash was great. * My dad was right about the magnolia blossoms. * Tio Fun (and I Dream of Weenie, I learned recently) has a fun weekend brunch. * It’s awesome to have a new locally owned market/cafe in the neighborhood that sources a lot of local products and produce.

Lots of great ways to celebrate Bike Month in Nashville. Improvements since last year at Ascend, on Demonbreun, Division, and Jefferson. Also Bell Rd, Edge O Lake, and more. And soon on Rosa L Parks Blvd. We need to keep moving on safer streets, and we will. nashconnector.org/bike-month-2...

My favorite part of this was that before they headed to school this morning (Lakeview, completely rebuilt for them this year), the little girls where we were finishing made a chalk game on the sidewalk that didn’t exist in front of their house just a few weeks ago. We chose this, Nashville. 👍

Mayor O’Connell stamps it. ✅ Edge O Lake Drive has a new sidewalk. And 86 miles are still to come with Choose How You Move.
