⚽ On 20 June, Clare Hall and Clare College marked their 60th and 700th anniversaries with a dramatic football match at Grange Road. After 90 minutes, extra time and a tense penalty shootout, Clare College secured the win, but Clare Hall delivered a performance to be proud of! 🔥

Clare Hall Boat Club takes on May Bumps 2026 🚣♀️🚣♂️ From novice rowers gaining race experience to hard-fought chases, dramatic bumps, cheering crowds, and glorious summer weather, this year’s May Bumps brought plenty of memorable moments on the River Cam.
Students triumph again at the Annual Cricket Match! 🏏☀️ Despite the heat, the Clare Hall community gathered at Leckhampton Sports Ground for the traditional President’s XI vs Students match, marking a wonderful end to the Easter term.

🤝 We were delighted to host the 2nd Clare Hall - University of Macau Forum, held from 22nd to 23rd June 2026. The Forum brought together scholars for two days of interdisciplinary discussion on sustainability, technology, culture, history, and global challenges.
🏆🌿 Clare Hall has won the University of Cambridge Environmental Sustainability Award for Best Environmental Impact (College Category)! We're also proud that our Kitchens Team received a Highly Commended award for Best Environmental Improvement.

⚽ A season to remember for Clare Hall football! From a historic Cuppers semi-final run for the men's 1st team to a Division 5 title for the 2nd team, Clare Hall and Clare College students played a key role in one of the most successful football seasons in recent years.
🏅 Congratulations to Visiting Fellow Professor Anna Marie Roos on being awarded the Founders' Medal of the Society for the History of Natural History. Previous recipients include Sir David Attenborough and Cambridge historian of science Professor Jim Secord.
