So this morning I was doing multiple things at once and hubby says to me, “You’re multitasking. Studies say women are much better at that than men.” I respond to hubby, “Yes, but we’re tired.” We laughed and laughed.🤣

When our sons were little they asked me if I was a women’s rights advocate. (A pretty amazing question for little boys actually.) I said I was a human rights advocate. Pam Bondi is an advocate for only one person and it’s not herself.
I can promise you, nurses will not get over this. Nurses put up with a lot until you mess with one of our own. Been an RN since 1996, NP since 2017 here.
I don’t get mad easily but as a healthcare person more than 30 yrs only two things really piss me off. If you do something to harm or disrespect a patient or a nurse. I am so freakin furious at the murder of this VA ICU RN today I feel like I’m spitting fire. I think I need a fucking adult beverage.
On my 2nd cup of coffee thinking what it could be like to not wake up every day to wonder what f’ing crap is going on now. There’s never a break from the insanity & somehow one 🍊🤡 is being allowed to terrorize our country and the entire f’ing world. I hold the Republicans in DC entirely responsible.
