President Zelenskyy offered Trump an alternative in destroying Russian refineries. Instead, he offered that Starlink is extended to Russia and ballistic launchers will be attack. This has not only be ignored, but shortly later Starlink respectively Starshield in Ukraine has been curtailed.
Reuters confirms it: the White House itself ordered the Starlink slowdown that let Russia's fastest missiles reach Kyiv's grandmothers and children. Fuckface has been Putin's guy since he told Scarborough in 2015 that America does plenty of killing too. Nothing here is new, just finally undeniable.
