A question worth asking: If a president repeatedly violates the Constitution, and enough members of his own party knowingly refuse to use their constitutional powers to restrain him, when does that stop being one president’s failure—and become a crisis of the party’s constitutional legitimacy?
Once again, the Supreme Court prioritizes imaginary harms done to Trump by not allowing him to indulge in his conspiracy theories, as opposed to the very real harm done to citizens who may lose the ability to vote in this case.
