Oh yeah, was back at fitness Wednesday after finally kicking con crud:s ass. PB of 140kg hip thrusts and 100kg wide lat pull downs. Worst part is my PT reckons I can go higher on the hip thrusts.....and I think he's right.

After a week I finally get to go on FF14 tonight. Get the MSQ sorted first then on to Beastmaster ^^

Machinist arms my Expie could use (yes I'm going for it). They would have to be older looking or kinda steam punky in a way. Think something he found burried before he escapes Gray Planet. That kinda why he has the Luger in VRChat currently. It feels like something you'd find and just end up using.

And with that the South Wales 10k series is done. My home town Cardiff in 56:59. All events completed in under an hour even with my ankle injury in June and my heavy cold this week. Cardiff was meant to be my first ever 10k pre COVID and to finish my first series with it is amazing^^

Anyone else having VRChat SDK issues when trying to upload from Unity? Its not sending me a verification code to my email for some reason.

Nothing better or more relaxing than helearing rainfall though an open window at 3am after all this heat. Makes the next 2 and a half hours of sleep extra snuggly and comfy.
