ICE is being paid during the shutdown. On March 11, 2026, Repub. Senator Katie Britt was the (1) vote against a Unanimous Consent request to pay TSA, FEMA, CISA, Coast Guard and other agencies during the shutdown. The request did not negatively impact ICE. They are being paid during the shutdown.
