Whenever I read a headline like "Steam slashes price of game X" or "Steam gives away game Y" it really pisses me off. It's not Steam, it's the developers who decide to take a hit. Steam still gets its share! I think this kind of miscommunication is responsible for consumers getting wrong ideas.
Apparently there's already a Genre-Name for the next game I'm making. And it's called a Metroidbrainia. I hate that name. But yeah, that's what I'm making now.
I just signed. And you should too if you're a game-maker and a fan of democracy!
