I repeat: Late primaries SUCK! They drain resources, cause inter party divides to harden, exhaust the candidates, and lead to negative message saturation too close to the election. ALL Dem primaries should be completed by June 30. That way, we spend the lions’ share of our time, energy

Waking up to Sharia Law in NYC is crazy. Knicks won, crime is down, 2,000 toddlers are going to school for free, parents got “date night” with nyc babysitters, they’re building housing on city land, small businesses are saving money and selling ice cream. Its sunny out i should go get one.

Fed. judge holds DHS in civil contempt of court for refusing "intentionally and not in good faith" to provide plaintiffs with phone images they intend to use to prove DHS was racially profiling people arrested in Los Angeles without reasonable suspicion. Order from July 28, unsealed today.

B. Defendants’ Noncompliance Is Intentional And Not In Good Faith. Having found that Defendants are in violation of the January 16 Forensic Imaging Order, the burden now shifts to Defendants to show that they were unable to comply. Affordable Media, 179 F.3d at 1239 (9th Cir. 1999). They fail to make that showing. Upon review of the parties’ submissions and counsel’s representations at the hearing, it does not appear that Defendants’ noncompliance is due to an inability to comply. Instead, the clear and convincing evidence shows that Defendants have acted intentionally and not in good faith.

For the record, AIPAC is NOT going to stop spending money in Michigan. It’s going to support Mike Rogers with as much, or more money. AIPAC is politically agnostic. It only cares about Israel,and who it can manipulate into giving our money to Israel. NO OTHER ISSUE Matters to them. NONE!

Haley Stephens was bolstered by 60 million dollars of outside spending, was bolstered by Schumer and Gillibrand basically extorting McMorrow to drop out, was bolstered by a bunch of Black surrogates coming to her rescue in the Black community, and still lost. The only thing that surprised me
