I'm a big believer that government shouldn't be everything for everyone. But it needs to be there for our most vulnerable — low-income households, people with disabilities, seniors.

Every Election Day of my career, I'm reminded of why I first ran: It was for her. My daughter, Lauren, gave me purpose in life. She's the reason I do this work. It's always going to be for her.

Great to attend another meet & greet in Camden County tonight, hosted by the Runnemede JFK Democrat Club. It was my last stop on the trail before polls open in the morning. I’m feeling incredibly grateful. All we need to do now is vote.

Not many people know that my birthday happens to fall the day after Primary Day — so it was extremely kind of our hosts to surprise me with a cake last night. They say not to share your birthday wish, but you can probably guess mine.

If you are an unaffiliated voter you CAN VOTE in the New Jersey primary. Just show up at your regular polling place and ask to vote in the Democratic Primary — it's that easy.
