Reviewing next generation sequencing (NGS) from patients in the clinic is always interesting. So many TP53 mutations and all of them seem different from patient to patient. From CLL to uterine cancer, TP53 is used to risk stratify many cancer types. TP53 is anywhere you look!

Some results from our poster using the SEER database looking into outcomes disparities by race and socioeconomic status. Low socioeconomic status (SEE) means lower survival. When we stratify by race, Low SES means higher hazard risk of death in White and Hispanics but not in Black patients. #ASH
