Being the best angler in the world doesn’t mean that you are always successful. It means trying until you are.
As the rush of the incoming tide slows to a calm, almost inviting flow, the tension in the air lessens. The soaring eagles slow down and relax as the boat lazily meanders down the current.
This is the perfect example of why ospreys just might be the best anglers in the world.
The Great Maw - I’m a huge fan of super sharp, clear images when it comes to wildlife but this shot lacks that sharpness, and I don’t mind. In fact, I think the soft, slightly out-of-focus image just adds to the overall composition.
