IUPAT President @jimmy-iupat.bsky.social is right: Temporary Protected Status recipients are rigorously vetted, pay taxes, and do work in critical industries. They are part of our communities and our unions—they deserve respect and protection. America’s unions will keep fighting for them.

In our movement, brother and sister extend beyond our own union. Today, I learned that a fellow union brother from the building trades, a first-year @smartunionworks apprentice, was unjustly taken by ICE and deported to a prison in El Salvador.

Gutting union rights for federal workers is an attack on the people who protect our food, care for our veterans, and serve our communities. Under this administration, no union contract is safe.

Headline that reads: "Trump administration moves to end union rights at many federal agencies."

The Labor Movement warned the working class about this administrations plans for unions and collective bargaining. The Democratic Party didn’t do enough to energize the working class. The time is now to see if they will make workers rights the center of the party!!

371 events. 44 states and D.C. and hundreds of thousands of workers across the country standing up and making their voices heard. We won't let billionaires and their fake government agency, DOGE, gut the essential services working people rely on without a fight.

Working people are fed up with a system where CEOs make 238x what workers make. That’s not the future that working people deserve, and we’re fighting for a better one. America’s unions are standing up every day against corporate greed.

A big win for working people! A federal judge has blocked Elon Musk and DOGE from accessing people’s private data at the Education and Treasury departments. Unions will always fight to protect working people’s sensitive personal information.
