I've finally got my first 400 points of Mentor Legion marines finished! And painted one, lonely, Imperial Guardsman... lots more of those to go! And I've started on Terminators, & I've converted a Ballistus Redemptor to look more 3rd ed worthy... hopefully I'll get some paint on that soon! :)

Some Marines... I planned Crimson Fists, but after painting two, I found I didn't really enjoy painting their colour scheme. So I've switched to Mentor Legion instead, and gone for a very dirty, weathered look. First 7 models done; 5 Tacticals, 1 Razorback, and 1 Scout.

We'd planned some new releases for Salute next week, but we're out of time, sadly... We'll either do them straight-to-webstore, or maybe a short Kickstarter. Anyway, here's a few of them. A Cocker Spaniel with a Heavy Crossbow, & three Raw recruit/Village militia types; frog, black rat, & weasel.

Salute 53 is next Saturday, at Excel London! Jo & Lizzie will be at stand TB11, selling minis, with me & Finn at GA13. At GC09, Tim Eagling will have a couple of tables, one for Burrows & Badgers, & one for Arcworlde. Tim's award-winning games are always worth a look! Hope we see you there... :)

Another 3 sculpts for Burrows & Badgers - a Witch Hunter Hare, a Hillfolk Clanbeast Shrew, & an Illuminator-Sargeant Weasel. Maybe they'll even get released before the end of the year! Probably not, given the way things are going... still, there's always Salute next April! ;)

My first attempt at a Maschinen Kreiger build. It's a Mk1 SAFS kit (Nitto series 4), with the addition of a couple of fake nails, and lots of putty!
