Halo as a whole has just become fascinating to look at from a distance in the sense of like. can you name another scifi series that just canned EVERYTHING about the original to say "it was a science fantasy about ancient snake people the whole time"
my halo modding hot take is that you can't truly make a "fixed art style" overhaul of Halo 4 without actually redoing the level design/layouts to also reflect the original direction of the games
