My local Master Naturalist chapter was recently contacted by poison control to help identify a plant cause a foraging teenager was hospitalized for seizures after ingesting it. It was identified as water hemlock. Bad plant!! The kid recovered, but let this be a reminder: can't ID? DON'T EAT! 😭
What if I moved to NOVA, bought a Kei truck, and started a business called Green Gardens or something where I run around cleaning up little yards and gardens in DC with a goal of good aesthetics + ecological mindfulness. Supported by a fleet of electric yard tools... A guy can dream right?
Hi friends! I apologize for the silence. My partner and I separated a while ago. It's been a long and difficult transition. Thank you, to those that provided me support during this time. I think I am opening back up to the idea of posting on social media as I start to find a life I can enjoy again.
This probably would've been one of the busiest weekends for Shenandoah but instead it ended up being the quietest because everyone's a chump and they're scared of a little rain. Fun fact: You can be dry and unstoppable with the right gear!
