I have come out of my hole to wish Xenogears a happy 27th NA birthday. Xenogears hit me in a way unlike any other game had in 1998. It was my first genuine gaming hyperfix. Fei was my first cosplay and probably why I kept cosplaying. So, to Takahashi and crew: thanks for getting weird with it. ❤️

Really enjoying Silent Hill f. It's polished and accessible in ways the other recent ones in the series weren't. But not in a way that discards it's spooky somber weirdness. And despite the setting shift, it still does definitely feel like a Silent Hill game.
Sony State of Play was okay. Not much that resonated with me personally. Wolverine looks decent? Kind of exactly what I thought it would be, I guess? I hate admitting that I put on the clown make up for a Square Enix announcement. Ah well.

Holding off on Silksong and Lost Soul Aside because the spoopy mood got me into Cronos. And outside of some bonkers difficulty that could really benefit from a dodge mechanic, the game is cool and mysterious as hell. I have no idea what's going on and my main character is haunted. Highly recommended
