One theme that has been reoccurring in my creative life has been folks telling me to BET ON MYSELF. As someone who is typically self deprecating and a bit insecure about my ability it’s been a bit of a struggle to do so, but exciting!

The woman working the booth came up to me after I looked at every page twice and said “You make comics, right? I always know because the comic makers are the only ones that look at those and buy them” Lol

I’ve worked pretty steadily in comics for the last 10 plus years but SDCC always makes me feel like I haven’t done anything Still feel like that 17 yr old walking around in awe and wondering if I’ll ever “make it”
Getting through drawing these pages with the help of @gregrucka.com I also now feel I could safely disarm things and stop assassins
Okay, all: a bit of a GFM update. I made a structured one-month plan with my doctor to try the public service job, but my health has actually gotten worse (sigh), so we're going to plan B. Would appreciate boosts, thank you. I genuinely wish it wasn't this expensive to be sick.

Switched to some smaller pens, redrew Bg and Renee- feel this is at least more cohesive if not better

Not knocking REACHER it’s my junk food and it’s not pretending to be anything else. Felt the same way about the books
