We had the privilege of participating in a fascinating roundtable, hosted by the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Canada, on global non-proliferation, nuclear disarmament, and cooperation on the peaceful uses of nuclear energy. Our nations have much to learn from each other.

On Aug. 25, MPPs from the Ontario NDP toured the Nuclear Waste Management Organization's Demonstration and Discovery Centre. Those on the tour learned about the incredible work that Society members do to ensure that nuclear waste is managed safely. Thanks for joining us!
