If you don't build new market-rate housing, those of us who can't afford it then have to compete with those who could for *existing* homes on the market. Guess what that does to the price of the existing housing supply?

my cheesecake factory observation is that it is pretty pricey, but everyone dresses causally. It is setup for your date night but it doesn't seem to get treated that way. Maybe bc going there and only eating cheesecake is a very valid and then not really that expensive (esp $/calorie)

Tenant in a rooming house accidentally went to the wrong door and found his key opened his neighbor's bedroom door, tenants later found out that each tenant's key could open any bedroom's lock in the building.
It's hard to tell when Musk is being delusional vs when he is lying. I guess this is what the You Can See Everything is about. It's both and neither and the wrong question.
