2025 reading goal: 75 (again) having a bit of a slow start to the year. i’m in the middle of two books right now, neither of which will be finished by end of day. therefore january: 4 books completed.
the year’s still not over yet, but i did finish my goal of 75 books 📚
🧵 my favorite book each month of 2024: january: queen of thorns february: a court of mist and fury march: house of earth and blood april: empire of storms
not me wanting a pair of noise canceling headphones and then remembering i’m a mom and that’s unrealistic.
my son will literally run across a room and basically assault me with a book that he wants me to read and as soon as i open it, he’ll snatch it back and start flipping through it himself.
trying to finish my current read so i can add one more book to november’s list
nothing like having to watch mickey mouse clubhouse with your toddler at 3am
our family just cannot catch a break. lincoln got RSV just before halloween and now he has strep throat. my poor baby boy.
i dyed my hair blonde back in may and i haven’t posted a single picture. it was definitely more of an impulse decision for some change but not my best. i’ll be going back to brunette tomorrow and i cannot wait.
when you’re on the last book of a series, they just captured the big villain and won the war, but there’s still 40% of the book left
