Soap box time: While the article is well written and said writer has the freedom of speech to write about such type of games, I really am tired of a lot of media journalism being about stuff they don't like. YouTube especially is filled with people ranting and saying so n so sucks and you (1/6)

I was probably about 3 or 4. My dad sat me on his lap as I used the mouse to shoot and he controlled the movement on the keyboard. It's not THAT special to me but it is a classic even by today's standards

Random Game of the Day Day 575 - Hoa A beautiful 2D sidescroller inspired by the artwork of Studio Ghibli. A pretty short game as well, as it can be finished in just a few hours. One of those games I bought based on the box art alone. I can't wait for the sequel! Any other fans of this one?
Watching the end credits of this charming yet gruesomely dark fantasy adventure. I knew very little going in, and man am I glad cause this was a treat! Especially the final boss including one of my favorite pieces of classical music. A great 7/10 game that is definitely recommend

Random Game of the Day Day 574 - Backyard Baseball 2003 One of the few sports games I own. I love this series. It's basically just a point and click baseball game where all of the players are kid versions of real players. Pablo is the MVP Anyone else a fan of this game?

Wife introduced this cute little slice of life film to me this evening. Such a charming drama centered around a chocolate shop and how it brings a small town together. Very Studio Ghibli-esque in tone and story structure. Also, weirdly enough, Johnny Depp is only in the film for like 15 minutes
