So my parents did a thing today. This is my newly adopted sister, Liza (with a Z). She’s almost 2 years old and is settling in nicely with their other lil schnauzer mix Lucy 🥰 Duffy and I can’t wait to meet her!

I wanna believe that somewhere out there, there’s a text thread that goes something like this: Wow so they are still *really* into the gay pirates, huh? Told you! (lots of dancing dots later) What if we just….fuck I don’t care, but maybe we just….do S3? 👀
If I had a nickel for everytime two characters have a deeply serious conversation that unironically uses the phrase “doggy heaven”….it wouldn’t be *a lot* of nickels but it’s definitely happened more than one might expect.
Stede, caring, noble, wise: “I get that you’re angry. So be angry at me.” Also Stede after approx 30 seconds of Lucius being angry at him: EJECT!!
Okay so fun fact we started jokingly using the phrase “say a proper goodbye” with my niece and nephews during covid-era family zooms (to which they started just saying “proper goodbye!”). So that line always hits weird for me in S2E2 😂
Ed papering over the windows clearly trying to stay in the dark and make the cabin one big pillow fort but giving up halfway thru the project. So real.
